Work at Friendship Farm
Friendship Farm is always looking for volunteers! If you’re creative, patient, energetic, and not afraid of getting dirty, you might just find a place here. This is an operating farm – dirt, hay, and poop will find its way onto your clothing, shoes, and face. You will get dirty.
Must-Haves:

Excellent team work and independence

Good at finding tasks that need to be done and breaking them down to help clients learn each part

Building opportunities for teamwork is vital to our program

Good-to-Haves:

Previous experience working with individuals with autism

Horse handling skills

General maintenance skills, such as fixing fences, working with wood, and using tools (drills, wrenches, pipers, etc.)
Hours:

Work days are Monday through Thursday

Hours vary by the season, typically 8 a.m. - 4 p.m.
